💳 Investment & Insurance
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. This allows us to protect your absolute privacy, offer specialized care without clinical restrictions from third-party payors, and design treatment plans completely custom to your family’s needs. We can provide you with a monthly statement (a “superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What is the investment for therapy?
Your clinical investment begins with a comprehensive Initial Intake and Assessment Session for $200, where we map out your family or relationship goals and build your tailored treatment framework. Following the intake, ongoing 50-minute clinical sessions are $175.
What form of payment is accepted for therapy?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
💻 Virtual Therapy & Telehealth
How do virtual therapy sessions work?
Virtual therapy offers the same high-quality, professional care as in-person sessions, delivered securely from the comfort of your own home. We utilize a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platform to ensure your sessions are completely private and confidential. You will receive a secure link before each appointment, allowing you to connect directly from your computer, tablet, or smartphone without the need for a commute.
Is virtual therapy effective for families and couples?
Yes. In fact, many clients find that participating in therapy from their own home environment allows them to feel more comfortable, open, and relaxed. Whether we are utilizing the Gottman Method or PCIT behavioral coaching, the virtual platform allows us to bridge the distance, providing structured tools and real-time guidance directly into your living space.
What do I need to prepare for a virtual session?
To make the most of your session, we recommend finding a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone. If we are working with your child, having a space where they can comfortably interact with toys or play materials can be helpful, though we will discuss specific setups during our initial intake.
❤️ Couples & Relationship Therapy
What makes the Gottman Method different from general marriage counseling?
Unlike traditional talk therapy, which often focuses on venting about the conflict of the week, the Gottman Method is a highly structured, research-backed framework based on decades of relationship science. We actively map out your specific communication traps—like criticism, defensiveness, and stonewalling—and work in real-time during your sessions to replace old habits with concrete, collaborative tools you can immediately use at home.
My partner is hesitant to come to therapy. What should I do?
It is incredibly common for one partner to feel anxious or hesitant about starting couples therapy. We recommend letting them know that our approach is completely collaborative and structurally focused on the health of the relationship itself—not about pointing fingers or choosing sides.
👶 Children & Parent Coaching
What ages do you work with for child and family therapy?
We specialize in early childhood support, helping parents navigate big emotional behavioral challenges, intense anxiety, or defiance in young children.
What is Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and do I participate?
Yes, absolutely! PCIT is an advanced, live-coaching behavioral intervention where the parent and child participate together. Rather than working with your child in isolation, we work with you in real-time to replace power struggles with predictable, calm obedience. PCIT is highly behavioral and focuses on building a confident parenting patterns.
When are childhood and parent coaching sessions scheduled?
To maximize the impact of behavioral coaching and live-coaching interventions, our specialized childhood frameworks (such as PCIT and Child-Centered Play Therapy) are offered during high-impact daytime hours.
